Integrations
Mercura sits between the product model and the systems that run the business. Structured data flows in. Configuration, pricing and validation happen in one place. When a deal is ready, validated output flows back out.
Data in
- ERP products, prices, discounts
- PIM attributes, descriptions, media, classifications
- CRM accounts, opportunities, customer context
- CAD / PLM variants and design rules
Mercura CPQ
Configure, price and validate in one place.
Data out
- CRM quotes and line items
- ERP orders, quotes and bills of materials
- CAD validated configurations
- Commerce / BI / iPaaS when the project needs them
The goal is a closed loop: sales does not re-key what engineering, PIM and finance already maintain.
How we work with integrations
Every implementation is scoped per tenant. Sync frequency, object mapping, and which system owns product master data or price lists are decided during discovery, not assumed upfront.
That matters for partners because the integration work often sits with you. Mercura brings the CPQ model, APIs and implementation team. You bring customer context, ERP or CRM expertise, and the project plan around the rest of the stack.
Typical partner scenarios:
- ERP-led rollouts where items, prices and orders already live in Business Central, SAP, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite or similar systems.
- CRM-led sales flows where quotes and opportunities need to stay inside HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
- PIM-led catalogues where Akeneo, Inriver or Perfion hold the attributes that should drive configuration.
- Engineering-led products where CAD or PLM variants and rules should inform what sales can quote.
- iPaaS orchestration through Dell Boomi, MuleSoft or similar platforms when the customer already routes data that way.
Mercura does not force a rip-and-replace. The aim is a closed loop where sales does not re-key what engineering, PIM and finance already maintain.
What gets connected
The integrations overview on mercura.io lists supported ERP, CRM, PIM, CAD, commerce, BI and iPaaS platforms. Use it when you need vendor-level detail for a specific customer stack.
On partner opportunities, focus on the pattern:
- Master data and context flow into Mercura.
- Mercura applies configuration logic and pricing.
- Quotes, orders, BOMs and configuration output return to the systems the customer already runs.
